Visit Costs

We are a private pay practice and do not currently accept insurance. However, we are able to provide a superbill (detailed itemized receipt reflecting services received which can be used to submit claims for reimbursement from your insurance company). There is no guarantee that services will be reimbursed by insurance.

We only accept debit/credit cards.  Credit cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Debit/credit card must be on file prior to initial visit as payment is collected at the beginning of the visit.

Cancellation/No Show policy and fees are described in new patient paperwork.

Ask about our initial consultation discount for students, teachers, medical workers, first responders, and military (active duty and vets)!

*appropriate identification required*

Why choose an out-of-network psychiatrist?

It is important to note that private cash pay psychiatry may not be the best option for everyone. Individuals should consider their financial situation and needs when deciding whether to seek out this type of care.

No Surprise Act Information

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
